About The Project
The Met Condos by Plaza is located at 7895 Jane Street at Highway 7, Vaughan. It will be a 35 storey tower with 530 suites and 62 townhouses. The estimated completion date is Fall/Winter 2019.The Met Condo is located right next to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway station outside of Toronto which will provide residents the quickest route to Downtown Toronto from York Region. Residents will have traffic-free access to York University and Toronto’s Downtown Financial District by subway. Vaughan Mills and Canada’s Wonderland are located nearby. The VMC is expected to create an estimated 11,000 jobs and be home to 25,000 new residents over the next few years.
